Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Story.tv mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Story.tv is a mobile application that allows users to view publicly available Instagram stories anonymously, download story content, and monitor public profile activity. The App does not access private accounts or any content that is not publicly available on Instagram.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using your email address or through third-party authentication (Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Story.tv offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. • Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. • Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. • Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual using information obtained through the App. • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the App beyond normal usage. • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any content obtained through the App. • Circumvent any technical measures designed to control access to the App or its features.

All content viewed through the App belongs to the respective content creators on Instagram. Story.tv does not claim ownership of any user-generated content. The App, its design, branding, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Story.tv and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will always be available. Instagram may change their platform at any time, which may affect the App's functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Story.tv and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
